From a cheerful greeting as guests arrive at the hotel to a sincere thanks for staying with us at departure, the ideal bellman helps to create a seamless experience for guests throughout their stay. Bellman duties include some hotel upkeep in addition to guest service. Two bellman positions available: Evening Bellman Tuesdays and Thursdays
The bellman's main focus is guest service. Guest service duties include greeting each guest as they arrive at the hotel, carrying luggage, acquainting guests with the property and amenities, and hosting the evening social hour. Hotel upkeep duties include maintaining cleanliness of hotel kitchen and parking lot, distribution of clean laundry, and washing dishes. Bellman should also be able to converse with guests about local restaurants and attractions.
Ideal candidate will have a cheerful personality and be dedicated to providing outstanding guest service. Must be hard working and reliable with evening, weekend, and holiday availability. High school diploma required. Hotel experience preferred. Must be able to climb stairs and lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license required.
