The room inspector primarily inspects hotel rooms after being cleaned by housekeepers ensuring our property's cleanliness exceeds our guests'expectations.
-Documentation of cleanliness and maintenance issues in rooms.
-Analysis of documentation and observations.
-Facilitate housekeeping staff to service rooms in an efficient manner.
-Aid the Assistant Innkeeper with day-to-day tasks, such as inventory, organization, and data input.
This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to facilitate housekeeping staff ensuring excellent guest service and sufficient productivity.
-Time management must be a strength and the ability to make appropriate decisions in uncontrolled situations with little or no supervision or direction.
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
-Enthusiastic disposition. Strong customer service skills.
-Management experience is a plus.
